Better Photo management
It would be good to be able bulk upload photos then be able to;
bulk rename
Basic editing of photos, crop, rotate etc
Assign them to an Asset from the photo gallery
add tags/categories rather than having to rename.
have folders for photos.
Show and use meta data from photos such GPS, data and time etc Eg show all photos at that location or taken on that date.

Yes please! we are migrating data from sharepoint, and trying to encourage techs to take photos while onsite and upload them and relate them when they get back into the office. It's easier to navigate hudu on the computer and relate to assets rather than spend time onsite doing it.

Adding a comment and upvote that I'd love for this to happen! We're currently migrating photos from OneNote to Hudu and sometimes the orientation gets flipped into Hudu and there's no easy way to rotate it.

Agreed, I just added a similar request to do things in bulk with photos. This takes it a step further.

For us, the most important thing is to be able to link a photo to multiple assets. For example, if we take a picture of a server rack, we want to link it to every device that's in the photo. The other suggestions here are great as well, but linking is most important for us.

Being able to assign photos to assets from the photo gallery (bulk action or assigning a whole folder!) and being able to view photos in the gallery organized by asset are both key. Sometimes I need a picture I know came from a specific site trip (organized by photo folder or date), whereas sometimes someone who's never worked on that customer before needs to view all the photos associated with some of the sites (organized by Location asset) and the photo gallery view is much more efficient than the thumbnails on each asset.

we def need pictures to be able to be assigned to assets from the gallery instead of only allowing them to be added from the asset. in particular we need 1 picture to be related to multiple assets
