Ideally we want to be able to create global KB articles that can be tagged to different groups of companies. e.g. Sage 200 or Active Directory companies. Within that it would also be useful to have variables such as {{ companyname }} or {{ username }} that would allow company specific attributes to be filled from data held in Hudu.
