Add to assets a text field that displays but is not editable, this would be similar in function to 'Heading' where this text will show in the Asset and PDF export but does need to be consistently shown across all Asset documents of that type.
The heading feature can be used but the formatting makes that font size too large for block text.
Bonus points if this was a rich text field.
