Hey {name|there}! 👋

<p>When clicking 'New' in a KB folder you can create a new Article, a new Folder, or Upload a PDF. When creating a new article, it would be nice to have an option to select a template (which could be created with a 'Save as template' or similar option. This would make documenting similar KB's much quicker and would allow for headings, styling, text etc to automatically be created as per templates.</p>
