Allow us to use our own certificate when hosting on-prem

We should be able to use our own certificate instead of one issued by "Let's Encrypt".

    That's already fully possible. Just change out the linuxserver/letsencrypt-docker from you docker-compose to anything you'd like instead such as traefik or nginx and implement the changes needed.
