Allow unique processes to be assigned to KB articles

Unique processes can be assigned to Hudu objects such as Assets, but only the company process template can be related to KB articles.

Please expand the number of Hudu objects that can be assigned unique processes to include KB articles.

This would allow generic process templates to be notated for specific use cases related to KB article content.
