Allow security group per field

I'm trying to store recovery keys to a MFA password, but, for the sake of security, I would love to have an extra field on a password asset (as per linked idea below), and then the ability to restrict the field to a group (in this case, admins).
Just thinking out loud that this would be great as a general feature to restrict fields to a group as there are many other use cases where it can come in handy.

An extra request/features would be "multiple levels" of hidden… firstly "Restricted" - where you get a message that says "you do not have rights", and the second to be completely hidden.
(e.g. in some cases, you may want someone to know that data exists, but it is sensitive and they should escalate/ask someone - in other cases, you may not want others to know the data even exists).
