As much as we try to standardise everything, there are always clients with specific requirements or slight differences.
I would love for the ability to be able to write global processes and then define a step or sections as "Client specific".
It would then be great If there was some way to link this process to a client.
For example, a master process of "New laptop setup".
Step 1. Configure xyz
Step 2. Install agent
Step 3. Install xyz
Step 4 - Client Specific Software
Step 5 - configure abc
Then if you import this to client 1, I would love it so you can't edit steps 1,2,3 or 5, but, you can edit step 4 (or add multiple steps).
If you then update the master process, it would update it everywhere whilst keeping the client specific unique sections.
