We support many multi-site customers and this is a feature we internally were just the other day looking/hoping for.

Definitely need to allow access to child sites when adding a portal member to the Parent.

Hudu, you should listen to your users. This has been upvoted more times than current in progress or in review items.

Kristen W. This is really a dealbreaker for us. Hope it will arrive soon! So we can start using Hudu as well.

We support many multi-site customers; this feature is one we have talked about for a long time and run across a need for it many times a day. Allowing access to multiple sites would help us support customers.

We have a lot of customers who have multiple sites acting as own companys. But with the same technical contackt. We need to have the ability to give access to Parent company and then they get access to child companies.

We have a client with a parent company and multiple child companies in Hudu. They recently hired an IT Director, and we want to give her read-only access to documentation for all entities in one login. Currently, Portal Members can only see a single company, which forces us to either create multiple separate logins or pay for a backend user license just for view-only access.
It would be extremely helpful if Portal Members could access both the parent and all its child companies when assigned to the parent. This would allow client-side IT teams to collaborate effectively without unnecessary admin overhead or licensing costs.

Adding onto this one. It's particularly helpful for large client companies that track ticketing and inventories separately, while keeping an internal IT team that works with us as an MSP that may also need to see information about different sites.
