Allow Parent networks in IPAM to be collapsable

It would be nice to be able to collapse subnets when child subnets are added. It will make help clean up the networks view for easier management

    Agreed. Between p2p's and management networks, we have ~100 networks. Being able to collapse would make this tool valuable.
