Allow long RTF fields to be condensed by default

Similar to the larger text fields on the design page, allow for long text fields (like clear text configs in a switch asset) to be compressed to "n" lines by default. This will conserve space on the asset detail page, and allow for much easier editing/viewing of the info that's more likely to change.
