Currently, links added to KB articles open within the same browser tab. This can disrupt the user's workflow, especially when navigating between multiple documents or references.
We’d like to request the ability to configure links in KB articles to open in a new browser tab, either by default or as an optional setting in the editor (e.g., a checkbox for "Open in new tab").
