Allow linking IP in IPAM to separate company

Linking IP of internal subnets works well, but in our case we have a public IP subnet that we provide services to clients, it would be great to be able to assign an IP to their client, or even go as far as assigning the IP to a device in their client area.

    This is huge for us as well, as a data center. Would be very helpful to have.
