Allow IP addresses to be archived

IP addresses should be archivable, as users with Editor roles do not have delete permissions. Currently, this prevents non-admin users from removing IP addresses from a network in any capacity.

    Second this. It would be great to be able to retire devices but track their original IP addresses for historical record.
