Allow importing of processes ( Word, Excel, HTML )

We find creating processes takes a lot of clicks. We have many processes that live in Word (organized lists) and Excel. We would like the ability to be able to create a new process, select import, feed it the file or copy and paste the data and have it create the high level process.

For example if a word doc has

1. Create user

2. Purchase license

3. Assign License

4. Update bill

The process would be made with each of the above as individual steps/check boxes to select. Then we can add the description for each step.

To take it a step further if there was sub bullets, we can have that fill in the description of the process step.

We would even be willing to take a template hudu exports, we fill in the sheet and then reimport it. (Bonus if we can import more than 1 process at a time)
