Allow Global presets for Font Size/Font Style on Documents

Currently all documents are defaulted to size 15 font and it uses the build in Hudu font. The issue is with how this displays when the font size is reduced.

Having the ability to pre-define a Font Size + Style will allow us to keep our company branding uniformed for public facing documents.
