Allow for dynamic fields based on other field values

For example, we want to create an asset for "Domain Name". The name of the object is, the domain name. I'd like to be able to create (maybe call it a tool field) a field that puts the value of an existing field into a string. For example, I could name my tool WHOIS and it would consist of a url with the contained within it like: "https://mxtoolbox.com/supertool.aspx?action=whois%3 name>&run=networktools.
