Allow assets, passwords, and websites to be searched regardless of search filtering

We already have a check box to allow Companies to be searched regardless of filtering, but if you search what you want with a company pre-selected it won't show unless you put the company name. We have multiple companies that has over 100+ passwords (maybe less). If I'm in one and need to take another work ticket, it's easy to just search and go, compared to typing in the company name to browse all passwords or unselect the filter then search exactly what I need.
