Allow an Activity Feed for all users and not use admins

It's crucial for all users to stay up to date or get a click glance to see which new articles have been created in the system and also which ones have been recently updated.
Also, a filter to choose between the 2 and a filter to selected date created vs updated would be a massive help to increase engagement and knowledge sharing among the team
