Alert Feature to Clients

We are pushing out documents, via the KB section, to our clients. I would like to request an alert function to be sent for any updates of posting documents to folders. This will allow a notification to be sent to the client's POC when we post a New or Update a document in these folders. i.e. compliance documents > policies and procedures
