Many customers provide visual information in PDF files and converting them is time-consuming and often leads to image degradation. We currently have to create a KB to upload the PDF but this creates documentation disconnect and friction. Please allow PDF files to be uploaded to Photos. Perhaps rename Photos to Images. Thanks.
