Add created kb/updated kb to logs

Currently, there's an activity log entry for deleting kb's, but creating and updating them are lumped into the created/updated type, which is heavily bloated with ingested objects from integrated platforms. Allowing for easier view of changes and created KBs in the logs would be great.
