Add an option to KB articles to print a QR code label

This should be a simple add since the functionality is already there. I want to print labels or at least get a QR code to a KB article's public link.

The intent is to enable users to quickly access KB articles from labels on devices.

One use case would be to scan a code on a conference room TV to access details on using it and what HDMI port does what…
