Storing a video file now is basically possible as a file upload.
The problem is that searching for any part of the filename returns no results.
Having a photo uploaded and giving it caption makes it possible to look for the words in the caption and that makes it very easy to find visual aides to send to customers or assist techs with understanding the environment.
Having this feature with Video files will be very helpful :)
