It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to configure embedded videos in Rich-text fields and Knowledge Base (KB) articles to autoplay and/or loop (repeat automatically).
Use Case:
Displaying tutorial videos, demos, or onboarding walkthroughs that play automatically without user interaction.
Creating seamless, looping visuals for instructional steps or animated guidance in KBs.
Reducing friction for viewers by eliminating the need to click play or manually restart.
A very user friendly way to do this would be to add "Toggle checkboxes" in the video embed UI for:
