Ability to restrict which Dashboard Widgets users have access to

We would like to request an enhancement to the widgets system. Could you please implement a feature that allows an admin to modify a group's settings and control which dashboard widgets that group has access to? The admin should be able to restrict or grant access to any dashboard widget.
