Ability to exclude SSL Certificate providers from alert list

Would be great if you were able to exclude for example Lets Encrypt certificates from the alert list. For example we have an alert that sends to our ticket system. But the Lets Encyrpt Certificates get auto renewed so nothing we really need to have in the ticket system.
