This seems like a feature that should be added sooner than later. Copying a KB article should be a basic feature.

This will be a make or break feature for us moving to Hudu. We use global KBs extensively and templates are a requirement.

If I'm understanding you correctly, it would be great if we could have wikipedia style templates so that a KB could inherit a global template and just allow me to populate sections. For example, I could have a template called XYZ which has a section predefined for a credential. I could then add this template to a new KB article for a client and fill it out almost like an asset, just filling out the different sections. Ideally also the ability to overwrite/remove sections if not relevant to the current instance.

Was literally just starting to create KBs and was thinking "this would be easier if we could template…" came here and found this!

Was just coming to log this, we could do with this as soon as possible. We have a lot of KB's that need to be tweaked for specific customers. These dont really fit under processes but it would be good to have the same option when creating KB's under customer that is already there for processes where you can start with a template.
