This feature would be especially useful for cross-department processes.
A process should be assignable in advance to a department, team, or specific users at the template level.
Example:
Order Management starts the run, but the process steps should automatically be assigned to the Technical Department.
Or the first steps belong to Order Management, while later steps belong to Technical.
Without predefined assignment, every run requires manual coordination. Automatic assignment by template would make Process Runs much more practical for real business workflows.
