Export include card data

Comparative Condor

Currently assets that are added by integrations only display the title and a link to the asset in the export instead of all the card data as well. This makes most integrations pointless when trying to save a runbook.

Can the printable version of devices include information from the PSA and RMM tool as well?
Right now it's only the information that is included in the Asset Layout.
Also the printable layout needs better formatting and includes the company logo.

I'm hoping for this as well. I just ran an export to PDF earlier today and noticed it does pull very limited information for our client workstations synced down from our RMM - it populated the Model, Manufacturer, and OS info, but nothing else. I raised a ticket with Hudu and found out it doesn't export the card, to which I landed here, but exporting part of it is very odd. They implied it doesn't export any info from the card at all, however our asset is actually blank beyond the device name and the sync card so that's not true. Hopefully they move to full integration with the export soon instead of partial.

Yes, I agree. The export function should include integration cards as well, since we rely heavily on those for pulling data into Hudu.

I am unable to export and share the data with customer because it has the card data (it contains URL) without cleaning up the data by removing the card data.

Customizable header/footer would be great. with the ability to add variables from the system such as:
-Client name
-Asset layout name
-Our company name/logo
-last updated date/time
-Printed date/time
-custom text: confidential/proprietary/etc

→
