Support Video Playback for Steps in Hudu's ScreenCapture Extension

Currently, Hudu’s browser extension ScreenCapture supports static screenshots and step-based documentation. It would be highly beneficial if the extension also supported short video playback for recorded steps or processes.
This would allow users to:
- Capture and replay real-time user flows.
- Provide clearer instructions for more complex processes.
- Reduce ambiguity by showing context that screenshots can't fully capture.
