Checkboxes within Process Items

I would like the ability to add a checklist within the individual items in a process that would lead to it's completion. This would allow us to create processes for onboarding users with the steps to complete each individual item checkable.

Subtasks should also be optional along with the tasks. OR a Task should have a question and recording the answer marks the task as N/A, complete, or required. e.g. Is computer laptop? Yes - Install software X No - Mark task N/A.

Process Templates - Ability to have nested/sub items within a Process Template

We would like to see the ability to have sub items/nested items within a Process item.
An Example:
- Security Score
- Create Safe Links policies for email messages
- Ensure multifactor authentication is enabled for all users
- Ensure 'Self service password reset enabled' is set to 'All'
That way we can group these items together within the one Process Template not lots.

Yes we need this as well. I checked a new checklist today. And so far there are 31 tasks on it. I still need to add more. The problem is also when assigning tasks. It takes forever. Need the ability to select multiple items and assign to a person. Or when these tasks are subtasks. When we assign the group task it auto assigned these by default to this user, and then can modify if any subtasks need to be assigned to other staff.

It would be great if we could create sub tasks to check off under a main task and when all sub tasks are checked the main task is auto checked off.

I feel you can not use templates to onboard full customers with out it.

Yep this is really needed - we have to make A LOT of separate templates at the moment to use this onboarding checklist:
