When searching index and show results for flagged articles.
e.g. if you search for "outdated" then all KB articles with that flag should be shown.
This was a useful feature in ITGlue.
NB: I know about Flag Review in admin but this feature is for non-admins whose task is to review documents

Since this request was made, Flag Review has been moved from Admin to Global, allowing non-admin users to access it. You can currently filter the table by company and flag type. The ability to also filter by record type is currently in development.
