Reduce size of right panel

Would like the ability to scale or reduce the right hand panel similar to how we can partially collapse the left hand menu.
Currently it's quite large and takes up too much room. When viewing hudu on portrait view monitors it takes up too much room and doesn't display at all (unless you scale down text size).

FYI when it doesn't seem to display, it's underneath. I don't think they developed it to be used on a portrait screen, so it renders as it would for mobile devices or something.
Are you admin? You can add custom CSS to fix that, probably.
