Need client-specific folders for passwords
complete

I wish the Editor role could create client-specific password folders and move passwords to them. The feature is there but I can't give the green light to use it if someone with an admin role must be responsible for maintaining them.

I am not sure when they created this folder structure, they where not able to add folders within folders?

Can we make the new password folders functional in the external shared customer portal? The password mess is still there for that area.. Thanks!

The password folder per client is not great. If a user is not an admin, they see all the folders for every client under each client. If they are admin it displays correctly.

We will switch as soon as client specific password folders are available. The global ones are nice, but not what we are looking for.

Have you had a look at the latest update?
Global Password Folders – You can now create global password folders that allow you to customize which groups and users can see information. They are set globally, so it’s the easiest method of securing passwords in bulk.

Thomas S.: Yes I have but looking for client specific the way ITG has it.

Thomas S.: It's certainly a nice update! Area where it's not ideal is say you have a Global Folder for "Servers" and you jump into a client without a server. Then you have an empty Server Password Folder that you don't want to see on that client overview.
