It would be nice to see some additional webhook triggers in the system. Some examples:

Password Created
Asset Created
Company Created
Asset item created (so you can for example create a Contact asset which syncs with your office 365 contacts)

So they can be hooked up to other systems

When a new KB article is created it would be nice to be able to receive a notification of some sort, even a Teams webhook. This would allow the team to be aware of the new article and address it accordingly (read it, review it, just know it exists, etc).

I would be really good if your could trigger a webhook when a process reaches a specific stage or even just when it is complete. I want to sync these with helpdesk tickets on another system.

ETA on this would be amazing. Almost all other KB tool has this feature.

It would also be helpful if we could set it so we get notifications if a specific KB article is updated. Both email and in app notifications would be helpful.

Would be good to have "password revealed" for certain passwords too. Like break glass passwords that shouldn't be for day to day, so we can alert if they are revealed.
