mass password edit to remove from portal

the mass edit option needs to include the feature to mass select or multi select passwords I no longer wish to have on the portal. if i can mass add passwords to a portal, i should be able to mass remove passwords from the portal. I am not going to go through 200 passwords to remove from the portal. especially when each password record I need to click 2 or 3 times to edit it in order to remove from the portal. the concepts are great, but the inverse of these concepts have not been considered.

I am quite concerned and increasingly frustrated that Hudu has allowed mass imports of passwords into the client portal without providing a corresponding option to remove them in bulk. There appears to be no control or confirmation mechanism in place, meaning that any member of my team could inadvertently trigger this action — potentially exposing sensitive credentials to the client portal without intention or oversight.
This represents not only a serious security risk but also a considerable waste of time, as we are now forced to remove each password individually. Furthermore, there is no warning or notice indicating that passwords would need to be manually deleted if this import option is used, which compounds the issue.
Frankly, this is an area where IT Glue appears to be more reliable, as features seem to be more thoroughly considered before implementation — offering both mass import and mass removal options. The lack of such foresight in Hudu is disappointing and, quite honestly, feels rather careless.

This is greatly needed. Having a mass "Add all Passwords" button, but not a way to mass "remove all passwords" button seems not well thought through.
The place that makes most sense for adding and removing of bulk passwords would be at the main password list page. Check the passwords you need removed/added, this activates the Bulk Actions button... then have options for "Add to Share Portal" and "Remove from Share Portal."
Also, just add a "Remove all Passwords" button beside the "Add all Passwords" button in the Share Portal area.

Tired Anteater YES! I have been digging through these feature requests looking for this specifically. Being able to check (or select all and then uncheck) passwords and using an "add to portal" or "remove from portal" in the bulk actions would be a LIFE SAVER.
