Kristen W. This is awesome, thank you! Is there the ability to add the screen captures within an existing KB article already? Or is the idea to save it as a new KB article, then copy the contents and put into an existing KB if that's where it would be better fit?

Sanguine brown Ocelot You can save a screen capture as a new article. If you wanted to use it to update an existing article, you could just save as a daft then copy and paste to existing articles as needed.
