Hudini is not very useful in its current form. It's basically just a slightly dumber ChatGPT. Make it be able to search our KB and return relevant information it finds. We want techs to be able to ask it a question and it finds all relevant data, or SOPs and can be used to explain the process.

1) Have a good ticket search
2) Document a solution in a ticket to Hudu (KB or specific specific asset)

It should also be able to write KBs based on data from whitelisted URLs like reddit.com/r/sysadmin etc.
