The ideal solution here is to allow embedding of files and videos directly into the KB articles. Those embeds being sourced from the attached files list directly so we don't have disjointed attachments.

Regarding the password attachments, the obvious solution here is to include a checkbox in the link sharing section to include attached files and/or photos (both should have their own checkbox).

We're trying to do more training videos for our customers, along with our documentation and this would be very nice to have so we don't have to utilize 3rd party hosting services.

This is a MUST HAVE.
