Make an option to force password folder selection

+1 to this — we're in the same boat. Our whole permission model is built around password folders, so any password that gets saved without one effectively defaults to open access, which defeats the purpose of the folder-based restrictions entirely.
It's an easy step to miss, especially when creating passwords quickly, and right now the only way to catch it is manually auditing for uncategorized passwords after the fact.
Would love to see an admin-level toggle — something like "Require folder selection for new passwords" — that blocks saving until a folder is chosen. Even just a warning/confirmation at minimum would help, but a hard requirement would be ideal for anyone relying on folder permissions for security.

This would be amazing from a security perspective. Even just a permission restricting creating root level password creation would suffice. ie. hide the button unless the users are within a folder.
