Certain asset layouts may contain fields for legacy data that should no longer be edited or present in new assets. Allowing fields to be marked as archived or 'Read Only' will allow the data to remain without cluttering up new assets.

'Read Only' layout fields should not be present in assets that do not contain field data, and only admins should be able to edit or delete these fields.
