As I am sure many may have said already, everytime I have to use a mouse to add documentation, it slows me down. Tab indexing, space bar or enter to select highlighted items (don't tab space out of order). Hot keys for everything on the current window would be great, including a GO BACK feature (or escape)

Not sure if it was mentioned, but I'd love there to be a keyboard shortcut to take me to a global search and not just within whatever company I am viewing.

Nice. Very excited to see this get marked in review.
For anyone else who reads this depending on how long it takes: I've been using the Vimium Chrome plugin to great success. You can use the CTRL + / shortcut to focus the search bar, search for what you need, and then press ESC to unfocus the input element so you can show hints on all of the links. It feels extra nice for anyone with a 65% or less keyboard, or if you have caps rebound to escape.

Better navigation by keyboard shortcuts

tl;dr Keyboard navigation shortcuts plz
Currently, the CTRL + / search shortcut feels a little counterintuitive as a recent adopter of Hudu for a few reasons:
There is no apparent way to stop searching within a company without reaching for your mouse.
Even once you press CTRL + / to search, you still have to move your mouse to select what you want.
If you try to tab to the buttons or selections, the taborder on the page scrolls through options first before getting to the search. Doable like this but the UX feels kinda meh.
Because of these, I personally find it easier to just use the mouse and ignore the search shortcut altogether. While I have fallen in love with Hudu's layout and speed over ITGlue, which we migrated from, I do agree with some of the other comments in this feedback forum that ITGlue's keyboard navigation was top notch. For example, pressing O to search through companies with enter selecting the top result, then presing P to search through passwords for the previously selected company with enter doing the same here. Things like this made navigation effortless and quick. It would be great if Hudu adopted something like this.

Shurtcuts for Formatting

Please add Shortcuts for formatting to the WYSIWYG editor.
That would safe a lot of time, switching between keyboard and mouse while typing KB-Articles.
It would be good to follow the Microsoft Office shortcuts to keep it consistent.
E.g.
Bold: CTRL+SHIFT+B
Italic: CTRL+SHIFT+I
Underline: CTRL+SHIFT+U

Search Shortcuts (gooder)

First and foremost: "D" for documents. "P" for passwords.
Might want an option for "must press shift to activate" for people who don't like the "always on" nature of the above.
A shortcut for toggling the search between in org and global would be nice.
