It would be great to have the ability to use the KB article CSV import template to import articles directly into central or company KB article folders. This would save significant time compared to scripting via the API. While Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT can accomplish this through the MCP server, this feels like functionality that should be natively supported in the product. Please consider adding this as a future enhancement.
