This would be similar to the GlueConnect feature ( https://www.itglue.com/features/glueconnect/ ) and would allow an outsourced/external helpdesk partners [such as Continuum, Inbay, GMS, Uptime, Collabrance] to connect via an api to our MSP Hudu instance and use their own user identities with it. That way we have fully auditable access, and the outsource helpdesk only have to maintain their own user identities. This is an external access, collaboration need. It is also a dealkiller, something which any MSP utilizing outsourced helpdesk considers a must-have in order to move Hudu.

The Hudu Team - Can we get some concrete ETAs on this one? This one is impacting partners from making decisions about renewing their contracts with IT Glue and not move or move from Hudu to IT Glue as they need support from partners like Uptime Solutions.
Can we make it happen? Please let us know if you need some Beta testers or if you would like multiple partners and uptime to jump on a call and provide feedback

An update for all, sadly this isn't due this year and no expected timeline. Anyone who is looking for the purposes of ourselves, we are currently trialing manual integration with a partner and will know in 4 weeks if meets all the success criteria.

Nick S.: Sorry to hear Nick, we are currently onboarding 3 test partners with manual integration to see if this works ok before we go mainstream. We have some measurable data we want to capture for a month to ensure quality and timeliness is not affected. Once we have success I can let you know!

Definitely do this. Being able to incorporate in any 3rd party helpdesk makes this a requirement to prevent double documentation.

As of today, I am finally free from my 3-yr IT Glue contract! (WooHoo) and ready to get Hudu integrated. I hope the testing is going well for this feature :)
