This would be particularly useful for things like VPN clients- however the file size limit would also need to be raised/adjustable. Installers for these are ~200mb fairly frequently.

Details of if it's supported by 3rd party, their details, hosted on what servers, download link, business level inpact, and where you can upload files on the right hand side, adding the installer, manual etc?

Agreed a file manager to put per customer for related files would be fantastic (with a reasonable size limit of course).

This is one thing I miss from ITGlue, we stored a lot of documents in there for clients to keep everything in one place.

@Chris, I guess that would be cool - but for now I think just having some sort of file manager would be great.

It would be nice if this could somehow also be linked to Share Point.
