This is one thing I miss from ITGlue, we stored a lot of documents in there for clients to keep everything in one place.

@Chris, I guess that would be cool - but for now I think just having some sort of file manager would be great.

The Hudu Team: What would be really nice would be ability to co-author like you can with Sharepoint documents. Our team continues to use Sharepoint because of this feature so they can collaborate on the document.

Jason Nuss: to be honest, they could likely make this a lot easier of a task by just integrating a target sharepoint site. At least the option to. From there, break out either libraries or folders for clients/customers. It would also allow technicians to interact with these files directly with a site sync to their PC.

Logan C.: A SharePoint site integration is exactly how I would want this to work. We have to store files, could be audio, documents, software, etc for customers.
Currently we manually maintain a SharePoint Site with folders for each customer to store this data in. Bringing this into Hudu would simplify things hugely for us.
Ideally;
Each customer has a site in Hudu where they can view a File Manager - this is backed by SharePoint.
Technicians can still connect to the site in File Explorer / ShrePoint for files unsupported by Hudu etc

Liam M.: the only part I'd have problems with is the break-down point (whether it's a site per customer or one site with customer libraries/folders). I'd personally want a single site for this with the breakdown from there.
Having the OPTION to set what point the structure begins at would likely be critical here, as I can see either setup having merit.
