Client Portal Process Templates

I would like the ability to publish process templates specific to a client's company to their portal and allow a portal user to go through the process and log that the process has been done. This would be great for a situation where there is a client-internal onsite tech or power user or web developer that would need a guide on how to complete certain tasks and would allow documentation of when these tasks were completed as they were checked off.

This would be a great feature to have as we have clients that could begin a several step process without us having to visit on site every single time. This would save us time & our clients resources in processes that are very simple once they're laid out step by step. To be able to track their process & know exactly what step they're on if they reach out with a question would be invaluable to our operation.

I'm echoing this as well. This would solve exactly what we're trying to do. Specific use case off the top of my head where a client gets a new PC or couple new PCs that they are going to unbox, and get "setup" to a point that we can remote in and take over and finish up the setup / build process. We would like to have a Process that has 7 steps that the client can follow to get it to the point of where we take over

I'm repeating what others have noted but hoping to get traction, whether it's internal staff using the same process, or having customers be able to verify/compare and ensure things are correct in our documentation this would be great.

I was searching for this one. And it was requested back in 2020? Anything new on this or similar one, I can't find it.

My team and customers could really use this. Some companies that have internal IT will often handle a few pieces of processes and it'd be great to track this all in Hudu, as we do with other processes. But they would need to be able to view and mark complete items on the process, using their portal account.. So, they want to track the processes outside of Hudu. No es bueno.
