Currently, there is no way to track creations, updates, and deletions of global and company process templates, including their tasks and descriptions. This makes it difficult to monitor changes and maintain accountability.
Audit Logs for Process Templates
  1. Track when a process template is created, updated, or deleted.
  2. Include who made the change and a timestamp.
Task-Level Tracking
  1. Log changes to individual tasks within a process template.
  2. Capture edits to task descriptions, due dates, and assignments.
Historical Versioning
  1. Store previous versions of templates to allow rollback or review of changes.
User Permissions & Notifications
  1. Allow admins to control who can modify templates.
  2. Optional email or in-app alerts when a template is changed.
