Flag colors cannot be set via hex code, but there are now 14 colors to choose from as of v2.38

It would be great to simply support hex color codes for custom flags [/admin/flag_types].
Ideally, it would be great to include the customizability that Asset Layouts have, where you can specify a foreground, background, and potentially even a custom flag icon through font-awesome (though not necessary but would be neat).
