Just wanted to add a use case to this request.

Although I manage my customer environments, they belong to my customers. As such I believe that my customer have a right to access and take control of their services at any time.

However, part of my agreement with customers is that to do so would effectively void any agreement/support that is in place.

So I want the customer to be able to access any/all passwords that relate to their environment but I want an alert generated to me (and potentially them) that advises that the credentials have been retrieved. This will give me an opportunity to reach out to the client to understand what/why.
